Adem Hayyu

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Adem Hayyu is a creative producer and live-events curator from South Seattle whose work is shaped by a lifelong connection to the region’s artistic and cultural ecosystem. Raised among creators committed to telling their community’s most essential stories, he witnessed early on how technical limitations, budget constraints, and lack of infrastructure often held powerful work back from reaching broader audiences.

Motivated by these gaps, Adem founded SkyLit Designs to build accessible pathways for artists and organizations to realize their full creative potential. SkyLit provides production solutions, strategic support, and immersive event experiences designed to amplify local voices and strengthen the cultural fabric of the communities it serves.

Lando Diaz

Chief Program Officer

Lando’s journey from San Antonio to Seattle has positioned him uniquely on both sides of the music industry, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to bring an artist’s vision to life. He thrives in environments where creativity meets execution, centering the artist’s voice while driving the operational discipline needed to deliver a seamless performance experience.

His craft lies in shaping the pathway from concept to stage by building engagement, momentum, and narrative coherence that set the conditions for artists to shine. He believes in the emotional power of live performance and has been moved to tears at more than a few concerts, a reminder of why the work matters and what great artistry can achieve.

Fernando Juarez

Resident Board Operator

Sound Technician

Fernando is a theater technician with over five years of experience working alongside Adem and Madelyn. He has helped produce events for organizations like El Centro De La Raza, Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, and local high schools. Fernando has also mentored and trained numerous students, including Adem, in backstage production.

If he had to choose, he'd get enough bread to befriend a horse sized duck instead of fighting the duck.

Madelyn Zandt

Resident Sound Designer

Madelyn Zandt is a Seattle-based sound designer and engineer specializing in theater production. She originally introduced and trained Fernando and Adem in event production and serves as SkyLit's guide in creating optimal solutions. With over a decade of experience as a mentor and trainer in all things sound, Madelyn has worked with everyone from high school students to seasoned professionals.

Edgar Soto

Technician

Edgar Soto is an up and coming stage technician. He's very passionate about everything that goes into Event Production. His personal bucket list consists of graduating from a 4 year college. As for his work bucket list, he aims to be comfortable with his job and be able to work without the help of others.
