Adem Hayyu
Founder + CEO
Adem Hayyu, a local Black Muslim theater artist born and raised in South Seattle, WA, grew up surrounded by creative individuals and organizations dedicated to telling the community's most important stories. Noticing that many of these artists lacked the technical resources to spread their messages due to budget constraints, insufficient equipment, and other challenges, Adem founded SkyLit as a way to give back to the community that gave so much to him. SkyLit aims to provide solutions to these challenges, empowering local artists and organizations to amplify their voices.
Lando Diaz
Talent Manager
Lando's journey from San Antonio, TX to Seattle has allowed him to lend a hand on both sides of the music industry.
He finds fulfillment in centering and executing an artist’s vision.
His artistry is in making the process of showcasing art engaging, creating momentum leading right on to the stage.
He has proudly wept at several concerts.

Fernando Juarez
Resident Board Operator
Sound Technician
Fernando is a theater technician with over five years of experience working alongside Adem and Madelyn. He has helped produce events for organizations like El Centro De La Raza, Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, and local high schools. Fernando has also mentored and trained numerous students, including Adem, in backstage production.
If he had to choose, he'd get enough bread to befriend a horse sized duck instead of fighting the duck.
Madelyn Zandt
Resident Sound Designer
Madelyn Zandt is a Seattle-based sound designer and engineer specializing in theater production. She originally introduced and trained Fernando and Adem in event production and serves as SkyLit's guide in creating optimal solutions. With over a decade of experience as a mentor and trainer in all things sound, Madelyn has worked with everyone from high school students to seasoned professionals.
Edgar Soto
Technician
Edgar Soto is an up and coming stage technician. He's very passionate about everything that goes into Event Production. His personal bucket list consists of graduating from a 4 year college. As for his work bucket list, he aims to be comfortable with his job and be able to work without the help of others.
Saleh Matt
Sound Technician
Saleh is a recent Business Analyst undergraduate, Cambodian-American producer and Seattle native.
Saleh continues to grow towards his goal of becoming a freelance producer and musician.
